PINSAPEANDO

El pinsapo es una especie de abeto endémica de sierras del sur de España (Cádiz y Málaga) así como en diversos puntos aislados de Madrid.
El Parque Natural Sierra de Grazalema ocupa unas 500 hectáreas formando un bosque único en la Sierra del Pinar entre Grazalema y Benamahoma.

Se propone una ruta para ver los pinsapos, la ruta propuesta es:

SENDERO DEL PINSAPAR: 

Dificultad y duración: Media. El recorrido tiene 12 Km. El tiempo aproximado es de 5-6 horas. Se necesita permiso del Parque Natural. 

Se pueden alojar en el hotel rural Casa de las Piedras por solo 35 euros la noche. Además tu puedes comer por un precio bastante barato en el restaurante del hotel.

Pueden ir en autobús por 10 euros.

PINSAPAR'S TRAIL:

Difficulty and duration: Medium. the travel has 12km. and the time is aproximately 5-6 hours. You need the Natural Parc permission.

• LA GARGANTA VERDE 

La Garganta Verde es un espectacular cañón que ha sido excavado por el Arroyo del pinar. Está situada a unos 5 km de la localidad de Zahara de la Sierra, en pleno Parque de la Sierra de Grazalema.

El nombre de Garganta Verde le viene de la frondosa vegetación que tapiza sus elevadas y verticales paredes que en los puntos más agrestes llega a alcanzar una profundidad de 400 metros.

Consiste en un juego en el que se alternan dos deportes como son el ajedrez y el boxeo. Consta de 11 rondas.  Esta modalidad deportiva comienza con 4 minutos de ajedrez seguidos con 3 de boxeo, esto se repite 11 veces, entre cada ronda tienen un minuto de descanso.

 El primer campeonato mundial tuvo lugar en Ámsterdam en el 2003. El primer campeonato europeo de Chess boxing fue celebrado en Berlín en el 2005.

Fauna

 El leopardo, el príncipe de los predadores, es un cazador solitario muy difícil de observar, ya que vive en casi cualquier hábitat, caza de noche y se esconde a dormir durante el día en las ramas de los árboles, en muchos casos grandes y de espeso follaje que los ocultan completamente, salvo para un observador avezado. Puesto que no hay muchos y están localizados, hay que confiar en los guías locales para encontrarlos.
